Tenant Screening & Placement
Attracting quality tenants is easier said than done. We have in place a meticulous screening process, whereby applicants can complete and submit a comprehensive rental application. Every application is evaluated based on credit, criminal background, rental history, and employment verification. When we have found a qualified tenant, we schedule lease signing and a move-in condition assessment with the approved tenant.
Property Maintenance & Repairs
This is accomplished through regular on-site inspections along with the development of a comprehensive preventative maintenance program and working together with our contractors. We collect the rent every month and deposit it into your account.
